Privacy Policy
Content Hub ยท Last updated 6 October 2026
Content Hub is a private tool that one independent creator uses to publish videos to, and read statistics from, the creator's own social media accounts. This policy explains what data it accesses and what it does with it.
Who uses it
Only the creator who runs it. There is no public sign-up. The only accounts connected are the creator's own YouTube channels, Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages.
Data it accesses
- YouTube (through the YouTube API Services): the ability to upload videos and set their titles, descriptions and publish times on the creator's own channels, and read-only statistics for those channels (views, watch time, subscribers).
- Instagram and Facebook (through Meta's APIs): the ability to publish posts to the creator's own accounts and read their statistics and comments.
It does not access personal data of viewers, subscribers or commenters beyond what those platforms show in aggregate statistics and public comments on the creator's own posts.
How the data is used and stored
- Data is used only to publish the creator's videos and to show the creator how those videos perform.
- Access tokens and statistics are stored only on the creator's own computer. They are not uploaded to any third-party server.
- Data is never sold, rented, shared with advertisers or used to train AI models.
Third-party services
Content Hub uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the account owner agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Instagram and Facebook data is handled under Meta's Privacy Policy.
Removing access and deleting data
- Access to a Google account can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or through Google's security settings.
- Access to Instagram or Facebook can be removed in each app's "Apps and websites" settings.
- When access is removed, the stored tokens stop working, and locally stored data is deleted within 30 days.
